Life Coaching

Coaching for people carrying more than they let on

This is coaching, not a kinesiology session and not therapy. It is forward-looking work on the decisions, goals and pressure in front of you, with someone who also reads the body, so the plan does not just live in your head.

Coaching that stays grounded in the body

Most coaching lives entirely in the head, goals, plans, accountability. This does too, and it starts there. But Vildan is a PKP Kinesiologist as well as a coach, so he notices what your body is doing while you talk. When a goal keeps slipping or a decision keeps stalling, it is often not a willpower problem, it is your system braced against something. The coaching stays practical and forward-looking, and when a block is clearly body-based, the deeper nervous system work is right there to bring in.

Coaching and kinesiology are different rooms in the same house. A kinesiology session is body-led and works with your nervous system while you rest on the table. Coaching is a conversation about where you are headed and how to get there. Many people do both, and they reinforce each other rather than compete.

Five ways the coaching shows up

Same practitioner, five focuses. Most people arrive knowing which one fits, and it is fine to move between them as things change.

For founders, executives & senior leaders

Executive Life Coaching

Coaching for people who lead. Founders, executives, senior professionals who carry decisions that land on other people. The focus is the real weight of the role, the calls only you can make, the standard you hold yourself to, and the version of you the job keeps asking for.

It suits leaders who are performing well and can feel it costing more than it should. You are not after a cheer squad. You want a straight conversation with someone who is not on your payroll and has nothing to sell you inside the business.

You leave with clearer priorities, better decisions, and a way of leading that does not quietly hollow you out. Where the pressure has already tipped into depletion, the body-based executive burnout work sits right alongside this.

For high performers before the wall

Burnout Prevention Coaching

This is the work you do before burnout, not after. Most people only stop once their body forces it. Burnout prevention coaching catches the early signs, the resentment, the flat mornings, the sense that rest no longer refills you, and builds a way of working that does not run you into the ground.

It is for high performers who can feel the tank getting low but are still delivering. You do not want to wait for the crash to take it seriously.

Together we look at where your energy actually goes, which commitments to cut, and how to protect the parts of your life that keep you upright. If burnout has already landed, that is recovery rather than prevention, and the body-based nervous system work is the better door.

For a life that has filled past capacity

Stress Management Coaching

Coaching for the stress that comes from how your days are built. Too much on, not enough space, always one step behind. This is the planning-and-choices side of stress, the load you can actually change.

It is for people whose stress is mostly situational, a stretch of overload, a hard season at work, a life that has quietly filled past capacity. We work on what you take on, how you say no, and where the pressure is self-made.

You get practical ways to lower the load and hold a boundary. If the stress has stopped being about your schedule and now lives in your body, switched on even when nothing is wrong, that is a different job, and the body-based nervous system work is built for it.

For when work has eaten everything else

Work-Life Balance Coaching

Coaching for when work has quietly eaten the rest of your life. The laptop comes to dinner, the weekend is for catching up, and the people at home get whatever is left, which is usually not much.

It is for people who are good at their job and starting to resent it, because it keeps winning every trade-off against family, health and rest.

We get specific about where the lines have blurred and rebuild them on purpose, so work gets a container instead of the whole house. Balance here does not mean everything equal, it means the things that matter to you actually get a turn.

For when you cannot name what you want

Clarity Coaching

Coaching for when you cannot name what you want. You are doing fine on paper and still feel off, or you are at a fork and none of the options feel like yours. Clarity coaching is the work of getting under the vague feeling to the real thing.

One client, Emma, came in unsure what she was even chasing. As she wrote in her Google review, “I went in with a vague goal of finding out what holds me back, and vildan helped me go much deeper and find out what I really wanted to know: to be comfortable and at ease with abundance and money!” That is what clarity coaching is for, turning a fog into something you can actually aim at.

You leave able to say what you want in plain words, which is usually the hardest and most useful part. From there the rest of the coaching has something to work toward. Results vary, and clarity is a starting line, not a guarantee.

An Honest Note

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is forward-looking. It works on goals, decisions and how you want to live. It is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat mental illness. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety that runs your days, trauma or anything that needs clinical care, coaching is not a substitute for it.

Keep your GP or therapist in the loop. Coaching can sit alongside that care, not replace it. Results vary from person to person, and no session promises a particular outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about life coaching

What is the difference between life coaching and kinesiology?

They are two different kinds of work with the same person. Kinesiology is body-led: Vildan Alihodzic uses muscle monitoring while you lie on the table, working with your nervous system to release stress and stuck patterns. Life coaching is a forward-looking conversation about your goals, decisions and how you want to live. Coaching stays in the future tense, kinesiology works with what your body is holding now. Many people do both because they reinforce each other. Neither is medical care.

Is life coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is forward-focused work on goals, decisions and direction. It is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat mental illness. If you are dealing with depression, anxiety that runs your days, trauma or anything that needs clinical care, coaching is not a substitute for it. Keep your GP or therapist in the loop, and coaching can sit alongside that care rather than replace it. Results vary from person to person.

Do you offer executive or corporate coaching?

Yes. Executive life coaching is one of the five ways Vildan coaches. It is built for founders, executives and senior professionals carrying decisions that affect other people, and it works on leadership, priorities and the weight of the role. Sessions run in person at the Moorabbin clinic in Melbourne or online, so it fits around a full schedule. Where the pressure has already tipped into depletion, the body-based executive burnout work can run alongside the coaching.

Do you coach in person or online?

Both. You can meet Vildan Alihodzic in person at the Intelligentle Healing clinic at 229 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, in Bayside Melbourne, or online by video anywhere in Australia. Coaching works well over video because it is conversation-based, so plenty of clients across Australia do the whole thing online. You can also mix the two.

How many sessions do I need, and how does coaching work?

There is no fixed number. The best place to start is a free clarity call, a short conversation to work out what you want and whether the coaching is a fit. From there some people come for a handful of focused sessions on one decision, while others work together over a longer stretch on leadership, burnout prevention or balance. Vildan gives you an honest read early, so you are never locked into more than makes sense. Results vary.

Not sure where to start? Let’s talk.

The simplest first step is a free clarity call with Vildan, a short conversation to work out what you want and whether the coaching is a fit. No pressure, no pitch.
