My Story: From Collapse to Coming Home

For a long time, I looked “functional” on the outside—successful, busy, keeping it together, but on the inside, I was crumbling.

Anxiety. Stress. Exhaustion.
I wore “I’m fine” like armour, numbing with anything I could find—drugs, alcohol, sugar, busyness.
Feeling nothing felt safer than feeling everything, and for a while, I thought that was normal.

Until it wasn’t.

Eventually, the collapse came.
I was hospitalised with drug-induced psychosis—my reality fractured and my nervous system on fire.
The system offered me one solution: medication and numbness.
But something deep inside whispered no. There had to be another way.

So I chose a different path. I stopped the medication. I sat with my fear, I listened to what the silence had to say.
That’s when I found PKP Kinesiology.

Kinesiology wasn’t another coping tool. It was a recalibration. It helped me unlock parts of myself I thought were lost.
It didn’t ask me to analyse my pain—it helped me feel it, release it, and finally heal.

That’s why I chose to study it, live it, and now, offer it.

My Approach to Healing Through Kinesiology

My approach to healing through PKP Kinesiology is gentle, grounded, and deeply transformative. It’s for those who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck—despite doing all the “right” things.

In our sessions, I combine a wide range of powerful techniques including muscle testing, emotional clearing, meridian balancing, epigenetic healing, and subconscious belief work to address the deeper layers of your stress and pain.

We don’t just talk about what’s wrong—we access what’s been stored in your body: the unprocessed emotions, inherited patterns, limiting beliefs, and trauma responses that are quietly shaping your thoughts, behaviours, and health.

With training in somatic therapy, energetic healing, tuning forks, intention setting, and nervous system regulation, I help you feel safe enough to meet what you've been avoiding, so that real change can begin.

Each session is completely personalised and attuned to where you’re at that day—whether we’re working on emotional overwhelm, physical symptoms, burnout, or a quiet sense of “something’s off.”
